After a few weeks of use, I can confirm that we LOVE our new bidet! Ours has a hinge for easy toilet cleaning, a female and regular squirter and depending on your choice, it somehow cleans the right spot. How does it know?!! The hinged part was a flop in our case: In order to have forward far enough for the hinge to clear the toilet seat to lift up, the bidet squirts under the front of the toilet seat, missing the human completely and the floor got wet. Well, that was a waste! In addition, to have to hinge far enough front, the toilet seat slid around and wobbled. Just skip the hinge. It was a good idea, but really, cleaning the toilet is still easy without lifting the bidet up with the toilet seat.
